Private Label

 

In private label we build our brand by doing MARKET RESEARCH to HUNT a PROFITABLE PRODUCT and then work on its Design, finding the Manufacturer, Sampling, Ordering that takes around 2—3 Months EST.

 

Once inventory gets done, we arrange Inspection Company for quality assurance and then its shipment whether by the manufacturer himself or Freight forwarder to AMZ Warehouse, Meanwhile we work on Keyword Research, Competitor Research and Listing Content Creation (Photography, Title, Bullets and Description) as well as TRADEMARK Registration.

 

Shipment Takes around 4—6 weeks, as soon as it reaches to AMZ Warehouse we start working on its ADVERTISING to rank it on multiple Keywords to boost our visibility as well as Reviews, Building to get social proof (Customer Trust).

 

So it is the complete process of around 6 Months EST. Revenue we get from the first CYCLE of inventory will be used in purchasing the second inventory as first inventory usually be used for the SAKE OF RANKING OUR PRODUCT to MAKE IT STABLE IN THE MARKET. So the revenue we get from the first listing will be used for replacement so we won’t need to work on ranking stuff (BURNING) etc. in second cycle so all we get will be our PROFIT.

Our Services for PL:

·         We are trained VA team by reputable ecommerce network (ENABLERS) and help you from Scratch to build your brand and assist you in all above steps require to build a successful asset.

·         Our charges are $350 / Months (for 1 PL Product) for 4 Hours of Daily Work. If you want to add multiple Products - $200 will be added for each product as our hours and man power will also be increased.

·         We do daily reporting on whatever task is being done and its output as well.

·         We use to have a weekly call with client to inform him about overall work done during the week.

·         Working days are MON – FRI.

ACCOUNT CREATION WILL BE DONE BY CLIENT HIMSELF (WE WILL NEED CHILD ACCOUNT ACCESS)

 

Wholesale

 

In wholesale we hunt the already built branded items and find their distributors or brand’s contact to get authorization of reselling their items on Amazon. As compared to PL it is cheap business model and can be started with minimum $5000 of investment.

 

For wholesale we require multiple things to start:

 

·         Company registered in that country.

·         EIN if USA, VAT at 20% of UK.

·         Seller Permit ID (if USA)

·         Website on the name of company (need to show to brands that we are selling different brands already)

·         Email (on the name of company, i.e contact@amazon.com

·         Mobile Number of that country

 

Wholesale product hunting, brand permission, listing and sourcing everything takes around 4 – 6 weeks as we will be sourcing the same country. But profit margins in wholesale would be lower as brand could allow multiple sellers to sell their products so everyone would be competing for the same product of the same brand so lower price seller will be the winner that’s why we use to keep low price in order to win the sale and do multiple products i.e one product is making 500 USD profit so we will be doing 4-5 products that make 500x5 = $2500. 4 to 5 products can be done easily within the total budget of $5000.
